November 28 - Representatives of important companies in the air-conditioning and ventilation industry have officially informed Messe Frankfurt that, in the future, they would like to exhibit at the ISH again, according to the show organizer. In 2000, the industry moved from the ISH to the new Light+Building - International Trade Fair for Architecture and Technology - to make their presentations in association with house and building automation, as well as electrical engineering and lighting. Dr. Michael Peters, Member of the Board of Management of Messe Frankfurt said: "Our aim is to provide the ideal trade-fair setting for the air-conditioning industry in Frankfurt. Four years ago, integrating the industry into Light+Building appeared to be the best possible solution.
However, the planners and fitters who plan and install not only heating but also air-conditioning and ventilation systems, continue to see the ISH as being the most important fair for them. In the case of air-conditioning and ventilation technology, we see that there are still close links between air-conditioning / ventilation and heating technology in terms of important groups of visitors. And, of course, the ISH offers this setting."
