In connection with the fact the system of conditioning is related to the category of the complex equipment demanding special reference, besides filled with active enough chemical substance, therefore in this chapter there is given the information on safety measures which strictly are necessary for observing at service and repair of system. It is necessary to give special attention to observance of requirements of cleanliness as it is the basis of trouble-free and reliable work of the conditioner.
 Checking and repair of air-conditioners demand special care and cleanliness, and at the reference with a gas - refrigerant in an operating time on repair of the air-conditioning system, it is necessary to observe the following safety rules strictly listed below.
For the trouble-free and adjusted work of system of conditioning at repair always it is necessary to use standard details and to observe instructions on performance and to replace with a regulated refrigerant.
 All assembly details should be stored in the closed and clean condition. The closed caps of connecting parts should be removed directly before installation of a detail.- For prevention of moisture condensation inside a contour of the refrigerating system, all assembly details should keep the same temperature, as before removal of sealing cap.
- It is impossible to leave a contour in an open condition, except necessary time for assembly of all system or a part of system of conditioning.
- It is necessary to pay attention not to damage condensation and connecting parts of pipelines.
- At elimination of oil pollution, rubbing is made by a clean and moistened with technical spirit cloth.
- Not to apply unreliable details.
- If in the pipeline there are pollution, fats and moisture, it is necessary to replace or clean it. At clearing it is necessary to use the refrigerant, it is necessary to act similarly in case of removal of a sealing cap.
- If necessary to clean internal part of details there should be used freon – gas R-11. Before assembly for prevention of twisting and bending of pipelines and hoses, all units are fixed and tightened by a wrench.
- At contamination of connectable parts in order to prevent deformation of pipelines and flanges, it is compulsory made till the value of specified torque.
