Reason:
Damage of sucking and exhaust valves of the compressor. Combustion of sealants of the compressor head.

To replace valves of the compressor and after replacement of a sealant to fill with the refrigerant.
The area of connection of a flexible low pressure hose in comparison with an exhaust outlet of the evaporator is colder.
Reason:
The pipeline of low pressure is crumpled.

Replacement.
Compressor steps - high sucking pressure
The low pressure hose in comparison with expansion valve or the evaporator is colder.
Reason:
Excessive opening of expansion valve.
Way of elimination:
Adjustment and replacement.
The temperature of external air is high and value of pressure is high on the part of high pressure. However, at douche by water of the condenser, value of pressure falls on the part of high and low pressure.
Reason:
It is a lot of refrigerant.
Way of elimination:
To let out the refrigerant up to the regulated value.
At a stop of the compressor, value of pressure of high and low pressure become identical.
Reason:
Damage of the head sealant when the high pressure valve is damaged or into the valve foreign substances when bad contact between the ballon of the expansion valve thermode and the pipeline of low pressure, have got.
Way of elimination:
To replace the sealant and the valve. At hit of foreign substances to remove them after disassembly of the compressor, and at combustion of the valve - to replace it.
Compressor steps - low sucking pressure
Under viewing glass it is a lot of foam; there is no heat on the pipeline of a high pressure. Expansion valve also is not so cold.
Reason:
Lack of the refrigerant.
Way of elimination:
After having filled with the refrigerant up to the regulated amount, test for outflow.
When there is a lot of hoarfrost in the field of inlet of the expansion valve.
Reason:
Blocking of the expansion valve and bad adjustment.

Bad cooling of the condenser.
Reason:
Either on the condenser edges the dirty or foreign substances have stuck, or it is badly ventilated because of dents on edges.

To clean the condenser of foreign substances, to correct dents with a screw-driver with a straightline slot (for the best ventilation).
Even at cooling of the condenser with water under viewing glass, there does not pass foam.

Too much refrigerant.

The wheel is beaten about magnetic muff.

Bad contact of a muff wheel with the muff.
