Maintenance service of the bench equipment

Attention: oil in the pump should be replaced quarterly.

To start the power switch.
To turn the manual gates located on both ends of the hose.
To press button RECLAIM ONLY.
At ignition of green lamp LED it is necessary to disconnect MRC device from the power supply (switching-off of the electric power).
To unscrew two screws located below on the front side of the control panel and to raise the control panel.

Attention: At the following stage there may be the refrigerant under pressure. Therefore it is necessary to dress goggles and gloves

After having marked the entrance, target and returnable hoses for simplification of posting at return installation, to remove these hoses.
After having turned out under the shelf fixing nuts, to remove the oil cylinder.
After having inclined the tank, to fill oil according to the rules in capacity.
Using a small funnel, to fill the pump oil into the exhaust outlet PORT of an oil tank.
To set up again oil tank on a shelf located in a cell, to fix with earlier turned off nuts.
To connect again 3 hoses to each aperture.
To close the control panel and to tighten screws.

Way of storage of MRC-450 device on long term

1 – oil tank
2 – pump
3 – screws

At storage of MRC on long term and for maintenance of the appropriate characteristics it is necessary:

Performance of consecutive maintenance service of suction separator.
Using the sequence of maintenance service of the pump, to replace the pump oil.
To close all manual gates which are placed on the recycling tank, filling tank, hoses.
