Maintenance mode of suction separator

The mode of "maintenance" is entered by pressing the red button located near to a cup, or automatically at starting of the button FLOAT SWITCH of suction separator at filling by oil of a cup. At input of a mode on the panel LCD the inscription "SUC SEP" lights up and also regeneration LED lights up.

In installation, at presence of pressure in the system, 5 -minute recycling mode is automatically entered. Upon termination of regeneration the red switch located near to a cup will be lighted and the buzzer will sound two times.

The order of work:

Through rotation of a key counter-clockwise to disconnect a cup of a separator.
To push upwards an axis A and thus, the lamp dies away and two times the buzzer will sound.
To disconnect the float-type gauge, thus, the buzzer will light up and again will sound twice.
To take out the oil sack-drier applied according to the instruction.
To clear a cup of a separator.
To take out from the groove the rubber lining located on the top side of a cup of a separator, to clean and check up for damages and to set up again.
Replacing omentums should be included into a set of filters.
After change by 10-th sack drier they make replacement of a lining (at replacement of the main sack).
Before installation of a lining, it is slightly greased with oil.
New sack drier is necessary to seal and insert into a separator in gathering so that the sack has closed an exhaust outlet.
For protection against pollution new sack drier, at once it is necessary to replace a cup of a separator through tighteningit only with hands.
To press input (ENTER), thus will sound two short hooters of a buzzer and the red lamp above the button will join. And the panel comes back into a normal condition.

Attention: If after normal work within one month button FLOAT SWITCH of suction separator does not start, then the sack drier should be replaced according to the sequence of maintenance service of suction separator as it was spoken above.
