Maintenance service of the bench equipment

Removal

For removal it is necessary:

Without switching the equipment, to remove cords from the tank.
To remove causiously the regulating tank from scale and to wait for appearance of two short hooters of a buzzer.
Through rotation clockwise, to close from two sides the manual gates.
To remove the red and dark blue hoses from the tank gates. Wires of the tank gauge are disconnect from the tank.

Attention: Empty recycling tank should be pumped out. Use partially filled tank if necessary.

For installation it is necessary:

To connect the tank gauge wires to the tank.
To connect red and dark blue hoses to the appropriate gates located on a tank.
Through rotation counter-clockwise to open from both sides the tank gates.
To set up causiously the tank on scale and to turn the tank so that hoses and wires did not prevent movement of scale.
To fix with two cords the tank opposite to the tank gauge which is taking place behind scale.
After installation two short hooters of a buzzer should sound, now installation is ready for regeneration R-134a.

Attention: Service hose exhaust should be performed each time when there are doubts concerning impurity of the hose interior.

For cleaning it is necessary:

To close from two sides the manual gates located on the ends of the service hose.
To start both power switches.
To press the button of automatic performance of operation (AUTO SEQUENCE). Enter the given underpressures - 5 minutes, time of maintenance - 0, refrigerant - 0.
For the beginning performance they press the button of input (ENTER) and wait for a green lamp "termination” (COMLETED).

For replacement it is necessary:

Not to start the installation.
To remove the oil cylinder together with the adjusting arm and to wait appearance of two short hooters of a buzzer.
Connecting part should be turned upwards and connected to the new oil cylinder. To set up the cylinder under the arm upside down, thus the gate of a cylinder should be directed downwards. After having set up the cylinder on balance to check up whether the hoses prevent movement of scale and to wait appearance of two short hooters.
