Preparation for the equipment operation

In this chapter the order of realization of preparatory operations which performance is necessary for carrying out directly ahead of operation of gas-filling device is described.

To connect a cable for measurement of temperature in the socket for the temperature, located on a back wall of the device.

To prepare suction separator.

On service unions (Service Port), located on the back side of the device, on HIGH (high pressure) to set up red hose, and on LOW (low pressure) - dark blue.

To remove the recycling tank:

Attention: Empty recycling tank should be necessarily emptied before actuating the system. The tank is delivered from a factory filled with gas - helium, therefore, for emptying of the recycling tank it is necessary to meet the requirements given below:

For release of gas - helium, open two manual gates located on the recycling tank. Thus, recycling tank should not be on scale.
Connect feeding to the power source AC 110 B and start the main power switch located on the back side of the case. After that press the power switch ON/OFF located on the control panel.
If inside the hose there will be a pressure, again repeat sequence of regeneration (Reclain only) and wait for fire of a lamp of index LED. (Function: regeneration of the refrigerant).
Disconnect a dark blue hose from the channel of low pressure of a compartment.
Connect between dark blue gates of the channel of a low compartment and a tank for regeneration a yellow hose.
Close the red gate on recycling tank.
Press on Key "an automatic course" (AUTO SEQUENCE), located on the board, thus, on the central board, in the list of the entered data, the bulb "time of underpressure" (ENTER: VACUUM TIME) of the central index board.
Press once key directions upwards adjustments of numerical values (Valve Adjust). On the right side LCD should appear 5 figures.
Five times press key of the temporary stop (HOLD/ENTER RESTART). If the sequence of release begins, it proceeds within 5 minutes. If two times that will hoot a buzzer, thus the sequence of release comes to an end. In an empty tank should be vacuum.
Close the dark blue gate of a tank.
Disconnect the yellow hose from the block and recycling tank.
Connect the dark blue hose to the low pressure channel

Set up the recycling tank:

Attention: For installation of the tank MRC-450 should be necessarily switched on. After removal and installation of any tank before continuation of work it is necessary to wait up to the edition of two short hooters of a buzzer.

Connect a cable of the tank gauge to the recycling tank.
Connect the red and dark blue hoses of regeneration located on the right side behind a cell, with red and dark blue gates on recycling tank.
Other end of a cable of the tank gauge, connect to the site of connection designated TANK SENSOR (the gauge of a tank) and located on the bottom side of the control panel.
Open both gates on recycling tank through rotation counter-clockwise.
If it is not switched on, start the main power switch located on the back side of the block.
Press the supply button ON/OFF on the control panel and wait until two short sound signals appear which mean that MRC-450 registers an empty tank for regeneration and that weighing was stabilized.
Put on the tank on scale.
Turn the tank in such a way that hoses and a cable of the gauge did not prevent moving of scale.
With the help of connecting cords, strongly fix the tank located behind scale opposite to the tank gauge.
At stabilization of scale there should sound two short hooters of a buzzer. If not, so three long hooters of a buzzer are indicated and an inscription "ERROR CODE" are issued.

Attention: Any defects (ERROR) also are accompanied by three hooters of a buzzer.

Set up the refueling tank:

Manually fasten connections of a dark blue hose to the top gate of a refueling tank which is in the back part of a compartment, at the left.
With rotation counter-clockwise open the crane of a tank.
Overturning the tank so that the top part of a tank was directed downwards (it is necessary to direct the crane of a tank downwards) to check up outflow.
If still the device is not started, switch it on.
Check up whether there corresponds the size of the used tank to the programmed value.
Cautiously put the tank on scale.
Turn a tank that hoses did not prevent movement of scale.
With the help of two cords attached to a cover of a heater, strongly fix located for scale opposite to the gauge of a tank.

Attention: If UNIT continuously is in work, it will strongly heat up, thus, the buzzer confirming the presence of tank MRC-450 on scale (after a stop of movement of scale) should sound two times. If the third sound of a buzzer on control panel LCD they specify a code of defect will sound and correct.

Set up the oil cylinder:

Connect the yellow hose, to the oil cylinder located in the back part of a compartment.
Arrange the oil cylinder inside the arm for a cylinder. The oil cylinder should be turned in relation to the connecting part of a hose located on the bottom side.
If still installation is not started, switch it on.
After having installed the arm of an oil cylinder on scale, twirl nuts and wait before occurrence of two short sound signals of a buzzer.
