Preliminary data on the bench equipment
Since with each year the park of the automobiles equipped with the conditioner grows, therefore shortly there will be a necessity for realization of faster and careful maintenance service. In this part of the book the advanced equipment satisfying all these requirements is described.

MRC-400 (MRL-450) represents the ultramodern equipment designed and made for return, regeneration of gas - freon and updating as required with the refrigerant of the air-conditioner of the automobile. Besides, MRC-400 not only may carry out automatically all functions of the air-conditioner such as regeneration, underpressure, maintenance of vacuum, exhaust, repeated refuelling, but as required may choose and carry out functions separately. MRC-400 (MRL-450) with the help of digital indication shows pressure of the pipeline on the part of high and low pressure, and at installation of a sensitive temperature probe allows to take temperature of a cabin of the driver, thus confirming efficiency of the equipment. Indications of an ambient temperature of a site of use of the equipment is included in the standard requirement to the equipment.
At supply of feeding at the beginning self-checking (SELE TEST) is carried out and on the index there is inscription SOFTWARE VISION. Thus, the system of air-conditioning of the automobile incorporates to the bench equipment low and high pressure hoses, and on the left and right index (LCD) values of sucking and target pressure are shown on the part of low and high pressure. Thus, the user with a combination of buttons on the control panel may enter time of underpressure (VACUUM TIME), volume of refuelling (CHARG AMOUNT: volume of updating of a coolant).
The light designation - LED occurs alongside with other indications of the central part of a control panel. Thus on index LCD are indicated various digital values. The user without reconnecting and reinstalling wires of the automobile or connecting hoses may choose mode AUTO SEQUENCE allowing automatically to carry out all processes of release (DISCHARG), regenerations (RECLAIM), exhaust (VACUATION), tests for outflow, repeated refuelling. As on the back side of the equipment there are installed the recycling tank (RECLAIM TANK), an oil cylinder (OIL CYLINDER) and a tank of updating (VIRGIN CYLINDER) in case of insufficiency of volume of the filled refrigerant, the opportunity of supply of the refrigerant instead of recycling of filling up tank is stipulated.
