Diagnosing of malfunctions
In this chapter the description of checks which are necessary for making at occurrence of malfunctions is made. It is necessary to pay special attention to the section devoted to function of self-diagnostics, allowing considerably to simplify search and elimination of malfunctions.
Function of self-diagnosing
The automatic temperature regulator possesses function of own diagnosing. Translate the switch of ignition in condition ON and include an automatic temperature regulator. Having established temperature 18°С, , whether check the temperature raises at rotation of the handle of installation of temperature up to 32°С. After installation of the certain temperature if simultaneously to press buttons AUTO and OFF and to wait about 1 minute the board, showing malfunctions of system, lights up, adjusting on breakage in circuits of a potentiometer, short circuit, blocking of the engine. The above-stated results of the decision at deenergizing ignition disappear from memory, and concerning abnormal gauges, having entered replacing values, continue regulation.
